The IPFS Stewards working group is comprised of two sub teams, one focused on IPFS implementations and another focused on GUI and Tools. The Kubo (go-ipfs) team maintains IPFS implementations like Kubo and empowers others to develop and innovate their own IPFS implementations/applications. The GUI & Tools team builds and maintains gui products for both developers and non-developers. They also own some tools, including web tools, and the compliance checker.
